How long will it take to replace my roof?
All roofs vary in degree of difficulty and size. On average, however, the completion time is one day for standard residential roof replacements.
Do you require a deposit?
In most cases we require a 25% deposit to reserve your spot in our schedule. This does not apply to fully financed projects.
Are you properly insured?
We proudly carry all proper liability, disability, and workers compensation insurance. You can be sure that your home is safe in our hands.
Do you handle permitting and inspections?
Yes, we take care of all required permitting and any inspections required by your local code enforcement.
Do you do metal roofs?
Yes, we offer high quality concealed fastener metal roof systems. For quality reasons we DO NOT offer exposed fastener or corrugated metal roof panels.
Do you offer 6″ seamless gutters?
Yes, we offer both 5″ and 6″ seamless gutter installations.
Can I buy my seamless gutters from you and install them myself?
Yes, we offer what is commonly referred to as “chop and drop” services. Gutters are custom fabricated to size on site, all accessories provided.
